MBCI has sent a notice that due to a 25% global tariff on steel and aluminum products taking effect on March 4, 2025, along with other inflationary pressures and coil coating cost increases, they will implement a 5% price increase on all component products.

This increase will apply to all orders received on or after Monday, March 17, 2025. Customers will receive an updated price list. MBCI is part of Cornerstone Building Brands. Carson Finney at IBS Roofing forwarded this information to the Ideal Bids, Ideal Project Managers, Precon Department, and Leadership Team, suggesting they need to discuss buying metal flat sheets in advance.
